This document sets out EJNI’s submission to the consultation, organised in the same order as the survey questions, including EJNI’s response to each multiple-choice question. The submission is informed by the analysis and positions of the European Environmental Bureau (EEB), CAN-Europe, CEE Bankwatch Network and WWF Europe, whose recommendations are credited throughout, alongside considerations specific to EJNI’s work, Ireland and the island’s all-island context.
