This event will consider the latest developments in climate and environmental justice at EU level – the proposed new EU Climate Law, and the proposed amendment of the Aarhus Regulation.
Both these proposals have wide ranging implications for access to justice at EU and Member State level and therefore have an important role to play in ensuring EU and National bodies are accountable for their action on climate change.
