MainstreamBio Webinar: Empowering Consumers in the Bioeconomy – Sustainable Choices for Health, Wellness, and Future Generations

Join us for an insightful webinar focusing on how consumers can actively shape the bioeconomy through their everyday decisions in areas such as food, energy, personal care, and wellness. We will explore how these choices contribute to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and the circular economy, driving impactful change for future generations.

As part of the Horizon EU project MainstreamBIO, which aims to enhance bioeconomy knowledge in rural areas across Europe and support rural actors in implementing innovative projects, we are organizing a 4-part webinar series from mid-January to early February. These sessions will cover diverse bioeconomy topics, including bio-based technologies, innovative business models, and their social impacts, particularly those driven by women. Additionally, we will explore the importance of involving youth, understanding consumer needs and affordability of bio-based products, and raising awareness among consumers.
