MainstreamBio Webinar: Women Industrial Leaders in Bioeconomy – Innovating Sustainable Practices in Agriculture, Marine Beauty, and Bio-based Fashion Textiles

Join us for an insightful webinar highlighting the critical role of women leaders driving innovation and sustainability in sectors such as agriculture, marine cosmetics, and bio-based textiles. We will explore how their contributions are shaping these industries and advancing sustainable practices and innovative solutions.

As part of the Horizon EU project MainstreamBIO, which aims to enhance bioeconomy knowledge in rural areas across Europe and support rural actors in implementing innovative projects, we are organizing a 4-part webinar series from mid-January to early February. These sessions will cover diverse bioeconomy topics, including bio-based technologies, innovative business models, and their social impacts, particularly those driven by women. Additionally, we will explore the importance of involving youth, understanding consumer needs and affordability of bio-based products, and raising awareness among consumers.
