Location: Seapark Recreation Grounds, 11 Ballymenoch Road, Holywood BT18 0HH

We’ll meet at Seapark recreation grounds by the bowling green gate near the car park and public toilets and close to the coastal path. https://w3w.co/renews.perfected.dives

At 10:00 the group will be guided by Adam Dickson on a gentle walk along the coastal path. We’ll return to the car park and wrap up at 11.30am. Wrap up warmly.

Join us and immerse yourself in mindfulness and nature as we meander along the coastal path connecting with our breath, our senses, and the feeling of nature within and around us. Using a variety of meditation techniques, we become mindful of how we spend our time in nature and learn ways we can advocate and support healthy, thriving, ecosystems. Join The Conservation Volunteers and Ards and North Down Borough Council to experience your coastal path in a new way.
