Focus Session: Agroecology as a Systems Approach to Food Production and the Environment.

Thomas & Claire O’Connor grow and raise their farm produce at Manna Organic Farm near Camp, Co. Kerry, using biodynamic, permaculture and agroforestry systems. Thomas is renowned for his deep systems thinking, practical farming experience, activism and infectious enthusiasm so this will be a cracker of a day.

Lunch: We allocate 1 hour 30 minutes for lunch to ensure there is plenty of time for chats with fellow growers from around the country.
