This webinar will offer an important insight into the global rights of nature movement and the potential for this movement to find its own place on the island of Ireland.
In deepening the conversation on rights of nature, this webinar is designed to create a space to facilitate the exchange of perspectives on what a rights of nature movement might look like in a shared island context.
We have a fantastic line-up of speakers including Mary Margil (program manager for CDER’s International Centre for the Rights of Nature), Brendan Tobin (a nomadic lawyer in search of environmental & intercultural justice), and Bernadette Hopkins (artist and activist).
