The Art of Resistance!

Call for artists/makers to be part of an exhibition celebrating community power and which highlights environmental concerns across N.Ireland

Where: 2 Royal Avenue, Belfast
When: 2nd -16th November

Opening night: 2nd of November 630pm – 8pm

What: Fundraising exhibition with all proceeds going to Save Our Sperrins who are resisting an application for a large gold mine in the Sperrin Mountains. The group have a crowdfunder campaign currently under way that will help them secure international experts to represent their case in the public inquiry that NI Government has announced.

We invite work inspired by: Community resistance, environmental and climate justice, mining/ extractivism, the beauty of our place, the Sperrins mountains… or any related theme.
