An online seminar with participation of indigenous Judge Belkis Izquierdo of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (Colombia) who issued the first ground-breaking ruling which recognises indigenous territory as victim of the Colombia armed conflict.

As the ruling is only available in spanish this is a unique opportunity for non-spanish speakers to gain an in-depth insight into a significant ruling that shifted the landscape for environmental justice.
