Access to Justice Observatory
EJNI’s Access to Justice Observatory project has the object of screening legislative developments at EU and National Level for compliance with the access to justice requirements of the Aarhus Convention. Project outputs can be found below and culminated in a ‘Day of Action’ undertaken in collaboration with NGOs from across the EU in March 2021. The day of action included a range of films, a webinar recording, briefing papers and resources which can be accessed here.
