No ARC21

NoARC21 is a local residents opposition group strongly objecting to Becon/Arc21 plans to develop an incinerator at Hightown Quarry, Mallusk. At present we are looking to commission an Air Quality Survey/Report along the suggested route to the proposed site under planning application T/2014/004/F. This is proving extremely difficult to engage the correct expertise and we welcome guidance or potential university collaboration.
